The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below: $205,600 - $274,500 The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below: $158,800 - $236,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. As the Senior Corporate Legal Attorney - Insurance Products, you will be the primary attorney on day-to-day insurance product matters, with a focus on life insurance products and services. You will provide proactive legal services to the corporation, its subsidiaries, and divisions to safeguard the corporation's rights and assets, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and charter provisions that impact operations and policies. Primary Accountabilities

  • Analyze legal questions, conduct legal research, and advise leadership in various areas of the corporation.

  • Perform all necessary and required legal accountabilities to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Review and advise the corporation on proposed and current legislation and regulations in area of expertise.
