Your role:

Your key duties and responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts
• Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.

• Master's degree in Law (with honors) 105+
• Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firm
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
• Strong organization skills
• Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• With your "get things done" attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
