Job Roles Prepares patient charts for upcoming visits; reviewing for open orders, incomplete documentation, follow up for ER/ED visits, open referrals, and addition of pending results. Work closely with the entire HIM management team to identify process issues related to E-HR and HIM workflow and offer recommendations for resolutions or modifications particularly as it relates to the paper/electronic interface and the daily workflow. Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations High school diploma or GED Required. Medical Terminology Course Required or complete within the 90 day orientation period. Medical Assistant Certification Preferred. Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Security Junior Associate to support and maintain our internal systems, with a strong emphasis on information security compliance and automation using tools like Vanta. This role is ideal for someone early in their IS career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of internal IT systems and software platforms
• Assist in maintaining information security policies and compliance processes using Vanta
• Monitor system performance and security alerts; support audit readiness and data collection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and user support
• Document procedures, system configurations, and best practices
• Assist with user access management, onboarding, and offboarding

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems, IT Support, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Vanta or similar security/compliance automation tools
• Familiarity with SaaS applications, cloud-based systems, and endpoint management
