Ensure classified systems are properly decommissioned, sanitized, and disposed of per DoD and agency-specific guidelines. Develop and oversee an effective IS security education, training, and awareness program for system users and support staff. Lead, mentor, and support a team of cybersecurity and security professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.   Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must have an Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with current SAP eligibility. Must have prior ISSM work experience. Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ yrs of exp or Associate’s degree with 5+ years exp or Master’s Degree with 2+ yrs of exp in relevant cybersecurity experience. Minimum of 5 year’s of experience supporting Special Access Programs, with deep knowledge of classified cybersecurity, physical security, and compliance management. Proven experience implementing RMF and legacy frameworks such as JAFAN 6/3, DCID 6/3, and DoDIIS standards. Prior experience working with compliance tools including eMASS, audit tools, data labeling, virus scanning, and secure file transfer procedures. Armed with a deep understanding of the technical challenges small and medium sized businesses face and where those issues stand in the way of strategic initiatives and day to day productivity, you will work diligently to support the strategy and technology adoption of our customers. Each client is different and has their own current approach to handling their IT support and strategy.  vCIOs see these differences as opportunities to teach prospective clients where their current approach needs to improve all the while representing the interests of both companies for the best possible outcomes.  You will be responsible for retaining accounts, growing project revenue and advising on strategic outcomes.  This role blends account management and revenue growth into one.

  • Position yourself as the customer’s Chief Information Officer – guiding their business through the lenses of risk mitigation, efficiency, and growth 
  • Own the relationship on behalf of WEBIT Services 
  • Advocate internally for process change and improvement to meet the needs of your customers’ needs and strategies 
  • Work hand in hand with operations staff to manage GAP assessments and new client on-boardings 
  • Act as the executive level escalation point for service concerns 
  • Conduct strategic business reviews on a recurring cadence set by the needs of the customer 
  • Grow project revenue 
  • Escalate issues to internal staff as needed 
  • Actively participate in project scoping, quoting and implementation

Benefits

The estimated-On Target Earnings range for this position is estimated to be $100,000 - $130,000/year.  Compensation will be salary only.  We pride ourselves in being able to look customers in the eye and let them know our vCIOs are here with their best interests at heart and as a rule, we do not incentivize based on commissions.  Total compensation for this position may include Employee Stock units and/or company-wide profit-sharing bonuses. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
