Job Description
This role supports high‑visibility employee technology initiatives and partners closely with senior leaders to ensure disciplined execution and oversight of technology investments. The role manages a portfolio of employee technology products (including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, IT Support, Employee Tech Hardware, and IT Asset Management), overseeing intake, prioritization, approval, and lifecycle tracking in alignment with governance, financial, and reporting requirements. The role ensures portfolio alignment to business strategy, OKRs, customer needs, KPIs, and financial targets by coordinating dependencies across Product Owners and Portfolio Managers. Responsibilities include serving as a portfolio management point of contact, producing executive‑level reporting, and working with cross‑functional teams using Agile, Product Management, and DevOps best practices to ensure decisions remain aligned with enterprise strategic and financial goals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite including Copilot, ServiceNow, IT Support, Employee Tech Hardware, IT Asset Management
In-depth and breadth of expertise in product discipline including agile, product management and DevOps practices and values
Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, high‑quality presentations for senior leadership, including synthesizing complex information into concise, executive‑ready materials
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and automate workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with financial management, investment planning, and governance processes
Highly tech‑savvy expert generalist with broad and deep technical skills across diverse domains
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
