With a healthy backlog of work and a commitment to investing in its people, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Estimator seeking long-term career growth.The Senior Estimator will report into the Preconstruction leadership team and be responsible for leading the estimating process on large-scale mechanical construction opportunities. You will play a key role in driving project wins and supporting business growth.Lead detailed estimates for mechanical construction projects valued up to $20MPrepare comprehensive take-offs and cost analyses for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Review drawings, specifications, schematics, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing strategies

Solicit, analyse, and evaluate vendor, subcontractor, and equipment quotations

Develop bid proposals and presentations for general contractors, owners, and key stakeholders

Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Strong background in plumbing, HVAC, process piping, hydronic, and sheet metal systems

Experience estimating institutional, laboratory, pharmaceutical, brewery, healthcare, manufacturing, or industrial projects

Proven experience leading estimates on projects valued up to $20MStrong understanding of process piping layouts, schematics, P&IDs, and technical specifications

Ability to interpret construction drawings, project schedules, and field conditions

Experience evaluating subcontractor proposals and developing competitive bid strategies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and BluebeamExperience with QuickPen and/or Autobid software is highly preferred

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

What's on offer:Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary
