The IAM SailPoint Developer has hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC and a strong understanding of identity governance, automation, and access certification process. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining identity security solutions on the SailPoint Identity Now. This role will collaborate closely with other Engineers, Architects, Operation teams, and other technology-skilled experts. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Implement and customize lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports in SailPoint ISC. Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC via OOTB and custom connectors. Develop rBuild Map, Correlation, Exclusion, Policy Violation, Policy Formatting, etc. as part of connector development in SailPoint ISC. Build identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, identity policies and reporting, password policies, separation of duties, least privilege, user provisioning, access certifications and approval workflows in SailPoint ISC. Document standards, architecture, implementation procedures and operational runbooks. Research and follow industry trends around IAM and provide recommendations that influence our strategic plans. Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown of typical activities. Maintain awareness of applicable recent technologies, processes, and competitive trends. Oversee third party vendor technical work to ensure quality. Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Train, mentor, direct, and validate the work of other engineers. Able to work after-hours on-call support rotation to implement solutions, patching and deployment activities as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Must be very technical, well-rounded in the information security and Identity & Access Management space. Able to apply technical and functional knowledge to deliver quality results. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to identifying the best option. Ability to listen and gets clarification, as well as responds well to questions. Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. The IAM SailPoint Developer has hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC and a strong understanding of identity governance, automation, and access certification process. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining identity security solutions on the SailPoint Identity Now.   • Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC via OOTB and custom connectors.
  • Develop rBuild Map, Correlation, Exclusion, Policy Violation, Policy Formatting, etc. as part of connector development in SailPoint ISC.
  • Build identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, identity policies and reporting, password policies, separation of duties, least privilege, user provisioning, access certifications and approval workflows in SailPoint ISC.
  • Document standards, architecture, implementation procedures and operational runbooks.
  • Research and follow industry trends around IAM and provide recommendations that influence our strategic plans.
  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown of typical activities.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable recent technologies, processes, and competitive trends.
  • Oversee third party vendor technical work to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Train, mentor, direct, and validate the work of other engineers.
  • Able to work after-hours on-call support rotation to implement solutions, patching and deployment activities as needed.
