Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (Matrix, Wide Orbit), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Nielsen, comScore).   • Expertise in local and digital media advertising, including linear, display, video, programmatic, OTT, SEO, SEM, social, and emerging trends. Successful candidate should demonstrate certification of leadership and mangers training. Google digital training, and/or IAB certification a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (Matrix, Wide Orbit), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Nielsen, comScore).

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Act as a key decision-maker with a leadership mindset, preparing for future opportunities to step into a larger role.
