Job Description
USA Personal Training is excited to announce an opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as GRIP Personal Training Sales Managers at LA Fitness JAX. In the dynamic and rapidly growing health, wellness, and fitness industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional personal training experiences that inspire and empower our clients to achieve their fitness goals. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth and building lasting relationships by connecting with potential clients, understanding their unique wellness needs, and promoting tailored fitness solutions. This position offers a thrilling blend of sales, leadership, and fitness expertise, providing a platform to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our community. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the personal training sales team to exceed pay period and monthly sales targets at LA Fitness JAX.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase personal training program enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Represent GRIP Personal Training at LA Fitness events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the health, wellness or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LA Fitness operations and client base is highly desirable.
