Job Description
Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Corrugated Packaging Sales Executive
Overview:A fully remote sales role for an experienced corrugated packaging professional. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and requires the candidate to be located near one of our client's key markets. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing long-term commercial strategies within the packaging industry.
Reminder: Candidate must live within 100 miles of one of the specified locations (Boston, MA; Syracuse, NY; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Starkville, MS; Milwaukee, WI; Lake Geneva, WI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and adjust to market dynamics to define long-term commercial strategies.
- Maximize usage of internal resources to leverage knowledge of market trends and competition.
- Analyze and modify pricing dynamics within accounts to maximize positive collaboration.
- Develop and execute account growth plans for targeted customers.
- Execute on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs).
- Monitor profitability levels and analyze monthly financial summaries.
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences.
Requirements:Education:

- 3-5 years of corrugated sales experience.
- For box facility locations: experience in sales of capital equipment.
- 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits:Salary:
- $85,000 - $115,000 base salary, plus commission.
- Eligible for 100% commission structure after meeting base salary quota.
- Expected to move to a fully commissioned structure within 24 months.
