Job Description

Summary/Objectives

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources they need to drive productivity, win deals, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, learning, and process optimization, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions and support a high-performance sales culture.

  • Content Development & Management
    • Create, organize, and maintain Learning Management Software including learning pathways, case studies, price books, and product collateral.
    • Ensure that sales materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Training & Onboarding
    • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires.
    • Facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Support implementation and adoption of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Technology & Tools Enablement
    • Act as a point of contact for sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, CMS, sales engagement platforms).
    • Drive usage and best practices of enablement tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Customer Success to align on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Serve as a liaison between the field sales team and internal departments.

Hybrid work schedule.

Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Full Time; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Travel

Occasional travel to Nashville (Company HQ) required.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Preferred, but not required)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, B2B sales, or training and development.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the sales lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Showpad).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
