Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle through a consultative, customer-first approach• Learn vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge to become a trusted expert• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business• Work closely with sales leadership to achieve personal and team goals• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic every day

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality• Strong communication and people skills• Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and improve• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required• Professional appearance and attitude• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
