As we expand our reach and services, we’re looking for a high-performing Auto Sales Executive to drive our growth through outside sales and new account development. We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: -Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial). -Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships. -Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. -Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools. -Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale. -Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. -Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory. Requirements: -3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial). -Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation. -Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. -Ability to travel regionally as required. Preferred Qualifications: -Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients. -Experience with CRM systems. -Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus.
