What You'll Be Doing

Sales Supervisor

• Lead private consultations and introduce clients to customized treatment paths

• Achieve daily sales goals of $3,500+ through strategic, relationship-based selling

• Use CRM systems to manage client details, follow-ups, and results

• Maintain a polished, high-service environment

Sales Manager

• Support and manage a small sales team focused on high-value client engagement

• Oversee consultation flow and treatment plan execution

• Coach team members in high-conversion conversations and client care

Compensation Structure

• Base Pay: Prorated from $2,500–$3,000/month depending on hours

• Commission: 4%–10% based on sales outcomes

• Clients are pre-booked — no cold calling or walk-ins
