We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Colorado State University Athletics and RevelXP are seeking candidates for an out-of-season internship in the Ticket Sales department located in Fort Collins, CO.
The internship program will support full-time staff in maximizing revenue and creating fan experiences for ticketed sporting events such as Football, Men's & Women's Basketball, etc.
This internship is a flexible Monday - Friday and requires work on occasional weekends/gamedays. Schedule will be customized based on CSU Athletic Events.
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Learn and execute sales processes
- Make outbound calls to Single Game buyers, Group buyers, and Season Ticket members
- Maintain an organized profile of ticket holders and prospects
- Research and generate group sales leads in the Ft. Collins/Denver area
- Gain understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies
- Assist in servicing group ticket holders and other clients
- Assist the sales staff regarding their clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing
Requirements
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- An interest in Sports and the Sport Industry
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to present themselves well to others
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- At least one year of advanced education working towards a degree
