You’ll start by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals—but the long-term path is clear: grow the territory, build a sales team, and step into a Regional Sales Manager role overseeing Savannah and surrounding markets.
Job Summary
This position begins with a 2–3 week in-person training period at our Atlanta headquarters, where we’ll cover lodging and meals. During training, you’ll learn the Hoods Unlimited sales process, our services, and how to build strong client relationships before launching full-time in Savannah. 
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving new business by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. This role blends field sales (door-to-door prospecting and client visits) with office-based follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline. Over time, as you build revenue and market presence, you’ll transition into Regional Sales Management—leading sales efforts, shaping strategy, and overseeing your own team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Conduct cold walk-ins and field visits to introduce Hoods Unlimited services
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and in-person interactions
  • Gather contact information and site details to support quoting and follow-ups
Sales Pipeline & Follow-Ups
  • Call and email prospects to schedule consultations and quotes
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments in CRM
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth service onboarding
Closing & Growth
  • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets (15+ new deals per month expected)
  • Educate customers on service benefits, compliance regulations, and pricing
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to growth strategies
  • Work toward developing your territory into a high-performing market
