Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to make an impact, excel, and earn your true potential when you develop a successful sales team that is able to positively impact the lives of our customers, businesses and communities.

Compensation Package: $150k-$160k + bonus. On Target Earnings: $200k plus car program and company phone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
-Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes.
-Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, updated weekly.
-Establish and grow productive and professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
-Support the negotiation and closing of agreements in support of the sales team.
-Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional departments to drive positive business outcomes.
-Stay informed about competitive activity and share knowledge with internal teams as appropriate.
-Conduct constructive and timely annual performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
-5–7 years of experience in sales.
-1–2 years of experience leading and motivating sales teams to maximum potential.
-Fire and life safety industry experience is highly preferred.
-Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
-Ability to travel up to 40%, often overnight or for multiple days.
