Your role: Partner with district sales leaders to segment, create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting hospital networks and healthcare institutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives and goals. Sell a diverse portfolio of recurring revenue solutions, including XaaS engagement solutions, software support and hardware support contracts. These solutions will ensure the continued functionality and success of hospital patient monitoring systems. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive long-term business opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert in patient monitoring technologies, services, and support offerings. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $245,000 to $280,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
