THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION- Flexible schedule - Nights & Weekends Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Management to provide strong support in areas of candidate generation, researching, sourcing, assessing, and assisting with pre-employment screening processes for all employment prospects. Proactively identify top-level talent that will support the company’s mission and growth. Assist Management Team with continuous improvement processes and projects. Accountabilities: Communicate with the TA Team on hiring decisions and challenges Troubleshoot problems and issues with systems, vendors, and customers Communicate with stores and District Managers on employment hiring decisions and challenges Perform resume database searching and focused search assistance for store locations and new store openings. Respond to special requests from customers relating to requests for online applications and resumes May assist with investigation of additional resources for finding talent such as college websites, community agencies, career events, job fairs, etc. Perform routine and necessary online maintenance of ATS (applicant tracking system) - Workday, including adding and deleting contacts, requisitions, and miscellaneous information Assist with creating strategies to recruit top talent for the company while partnering with Management and the Talent Acquisition Specialists Help identify opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring initiatives while assisting with strategizing and hiring an increase volume of diverse employees Assist with execution of special processes, projects and programs relating to effective on-boarding of Team Members, including but not limited to recruiting events and pre-employment screening and processing Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to provide strong support in areas of candidate generation, sourcing, and research Assist with candidate follow up and feedback on interview status Position Requirements: Ability to multitask and prioritize; and willingness to support multiple functions and business units. Job Description

STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and can be located in any of our major offices in the Northeast or the West Coast, which includes: Bellevue/Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Irvine, CA, San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Newark, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for a variety of positions
  • Collaborate to open positions as needed
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing
  • Source and identify qualified candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter regarding submittals, feedback, interview requests, offers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload of 8-10+ hires per month.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever-changing critical needs
  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking Systems would be a big plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance

Compensation Range:

$79,899.94 - $106,533.25
