Job Description

- Serve as the go to advisor for hiring needs, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Create sourcing plans using job boards, social platforms, professional groups, and college partnerships.
- Build diverse pipelines of skilled candidates and ensure a smooth, positive experience from application to offer.
- Oversee internal and external job postings, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Fine tune recruiting workflows and documentation within the ATS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Track recruiting metrics and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
- Partner closely with staffing agencies and search firms to support hard to fill roles.

- A solid educational foundation, ideally a masters degree, with study in HR or business.
- Professional HR credentials (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP) are highly valued.
- Several years of hands-on experience leading full-cycle recruitment efforts or managing key HR functions.
- Deep familiarity with attracting talent through multiple channels, shaping employer presence, and partnering with staffing firms.
- Comfort working with applicant tracking tools, HR systems, Microsoft Office, and professional networking platforms.
- Flexibility to travel periodically.
- Ability to meet background standards, including a clean check and strong personal credit history.
