Ensure recruiters are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, while maintaining alignment with organizational values and hiring standards. Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance expectations and feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals. What You Will Bring Minimum 10 years of progressive experience including management roles within HR or related disciplines with proven success in leading strategic recruitment initiatives and managing high performing teams. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Master's degree a plus. SHRM-SCP, SPHR a plus. Proven record of accomplishment to influence and partner with the business and HR leaders to successfully drive large-scale organization initiatives. Proven ability to work across levels and functions to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions. Ability to align talent acquisition with long-term business goals. The actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's location, skills, level of expertise and experience, and internal equity considerations. What to Expect

The Director, Talent Acquisition is a leader within the Human Resources department responsible for overall recruiting strategy, development, and management. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this individual plays a key leadership role to consult with business leaders and HR peers to set HCA's strategy, tools, and practices to attract and select talent.

What You Will Do

  1. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and build tailored recruitment strategies that align with company growth and workforce planning. Including proactively, leveraging labor market insights, internal data, and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure the organization is well-positioned to attract and retain top talent in a competitive landscape. Elevate the overall talent strategy while delivering an experience that feels thoughtful, consistent, and exceptional.

  2. Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top destination for talent, leveraging marketing strategies, employee value propositions, and external partnerships to enhance visibility and attract diverse candidates.. Set the bar for service excellence by building trusted partnerships across the business, driving a seamless and inclusive hiring process, and ensuring every candidate and stakeholder touchpoint reflects our commitment to quality, responsiveness, and genuine connection.

  3. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes as well as champion diversity and inclusion in all talent acquisition practices.

  4. Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining ethical standards and mitigating risk.

  5. Ensure consistent execution of full-cycle recruitment activities across the organization and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure recruiters are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, while maintaining alignment with organizational values and hiring standards.

  6. Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance expectations and feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience including management roles within HR or related disciplines with proven success in leading strategic recruitment initiatives and managing high performing teams.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR a plus.
  • Proven record of accomplishment to influence and partner with the business and HR leaders to successfully drive large-scale organization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work across levels and functions to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions.
  • Ability to align talent acquisition with long-term business goals.
  • Thorough understanding of talent acquisition methods and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate vision and direction, communicate effectively, manage and measure performance and accountability.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to work well under pressure and organize/articulate complex information.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and digital sourcing strategies.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
