We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, sales-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Branford, CT office.

You'll gain hands-on experience negotiating real estate transactions and working directly with an experienced investment team.This role is focused on speaking with motivated property owners, building relationships, analyzing potential deals, negotiating purchase terms, and converting qualified leads into signed contracts. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, produce, and grow with the company.We provide the leads, systems, training, and support. We are looking for someone who is competitive, consistent, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Schedule: Monday–FridayResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leadsSpeak directly with homeowners interested in selling their propertiesBuild rapport and understand each seller's situation and goalsAnalyze properties and determine appropriate offer rangesPresent and negotiate purchase offersConvert qualified opportunities into signed contractsMaintain consistent follow-up with leads in the CRMManage an active pipeline of prospective dealsWork closely with management and the acquisitions teamMeet weekly and monthly performance goalsCompensation:$500/week base payCommission on closed dealsPerformance-based earning potentialOpportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as you grow with the company

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Sales experience preferred• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required• Confident speaking and negotiating over the phone• Highly motivated and competitive• Strong follow-up and organizational skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment• Coachable and willing to learn• Must be able to work in person at our Branford, CT office
