Overview
Job Description
Job Description
The Early Careers Talent Partner is a strategic relationship manager who helps shape and deliver Aramark's Early Careers recruitment strategy, supporting the full lifecycle recruiting of the Management Accelerator Program (MAP), Internship Program and Co-Op Program. Reporting to the Director, Early Careers, this role blends hands-on recruiting with a forward-looking focus on process innovation, data informed decision making, and continuous improvement.
In close partnership with Early Careers leadership, this role plays a key part in evolving how we attract, assess, and develop early career talent, leveraging technology, analytics, and emerging tools (including AI) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience at scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, debriefs, and offers
- Manage recruiting processes with hiring managers and HR business partners, including intake forms, calendars, postings, and interviews
- Co-lead the annual demand planning cycle for early career programs
- Influence and empower school based Wired Teams, by partnering on fall and spring school engagement strategy and execution
- Use engagement data and outcomes (leads, conversions, hires) to inform where and how we invest campus resources
- Build targeted pipelines using Handshake, LinkedIn, internal recruiting tools and multi channel campaigns
- Deliver a high touch, inclusive candidate experience aligned with company values and leadership capabilities
- Maintain clean candidate pipelines and trackers, build dashboards and conversion reports
- Facilitate candidate readiness workshops (e.g., interview prep, resume writing)
- Continuously assess and refine processes to reduce friction, improve speed, and elevate experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Analyze sourcing channel performance and recommend improvements
- Share insights with HR and hiring managers and help improve interview and selection quality
- Identify and pilot innovative approaches to improve early career recruiting and program operations, including the thoughtful use of AI and automation tools
Qualifications
Required
- 3-5+ years of HR experience, recruiting preferred
- Bachelor's degree (HR, business, communications, or related programs preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours tied to campus travel or events when needed; 40-50% travel during the peak of fall recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools, technology, and ways of working
- Strong process innovation and improvement mindset
- Advanced project management and presentation skills
- Highly skilled at evaluating capabilities, potential, and organizational fit
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., maintaining trackers, using filters, formulas, and pivot tables)
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate across a matrixed environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
- Knowledge of field operations roles at Aramark (or similarly structured organization) as most early career roles are a pipeline to operations leadership
- Experience supporting internships, co ops, or early career programs
- Background executing talent attraction strategies and measuring ROI
- Experience with marketing communications, preferably through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and campus engagement strategies
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools and scheduling platforms
- Experience designing or facilitating hiring manager trainings and campus workshops
