Participants receive meaningful project work, hands‑on experience, mentorship, and learning support to help refresh skills and rebuild confidence.

Our goal is to convertreturnshipparticipants into long‑termfull‑time roles at the end ofthe16-weekprogramterm, based on performance and business needs.

Returnshipopportunities may span a variety of functions, including (but not limited to):technology, product, data, finance, marketing, HR, customer care, and more.

What to Expect:

BaseCompensation:$65,000 to $85,500
