Arrive on-campus at least half an hour prior to the start time of in-person sessions per week during the academic quarter. Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the student learning experience for the online component of the course. Be available to students via email, phone, text, and office hours to ensure students receive quality feedback in a timely manner to support their academic success. Establish high standards and ensure students understand how they will be evaluated. Adhere to University policies and procedures. Attend faculty meetings and workshops or training as required. Job Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) software and overall computer skills. Strayer University Adjunct Faculty are compensated based on the number and type of course(s) that are taught in a given quarter. Currently, compensation for courses ranges from $2,300 - $3,100.
