The Field Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating, promoting, and advocating for the enrollees' ongoing self-sufficiency and independence. This position is responsible for assessment and planning for an identified group of patients. The Vice President, Global Partners and Alliances is responsible for executing Appian's partner strategy and overseeing a thriving partner ecosystem. This person leads a current team of 3 to 5 directors and managers, each of whom has a particular market focus. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work with other members of Sales and Customer Success leadership to achieve plan goals.

  • Evolve Appian's partner program in line with our partner strategy, and in response to changing market conditions

  • Ensure effective operationalization of Appian's partner program

  • Oversee the creation and growth of Appian sales and services partnerships

  • Work cross-functionally at Appian to implement Appian's partner strategyDevelop a strong pipeline of prospective partner candidates through field-sales coordination, attending marketing events, and direct outreach

  • Foster a culture of effective partner collaboration with Sales and Customer Success

Qualifications:
