You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive—while being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.

What You'll Do:

  • Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
  • Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
  • Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
  • Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more

Requirements

What You'll Need:

For OTs:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible OT license

For COTAs:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Active or eligible OTA license
