Description

Who We Are:

At acac, we believe wellness starts from the inside out-including our finances! We're looking for a numbers ninja (aka Senior Accountant) who loves balancing ledgers as much as we love balancing on yoga balls. If you have a passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork, you'll feel right at home here. Bonus points if you're a CPA-but we're just as excited about experienced accountants who can make our spreadsheets sing.

Why You'll Love This Role:

This isn't just another accounting job-you'll be shaping the financial heartbeat of our organization. You'll partner with our VP of Finance to keep our books in top shape, coach our accounting team, and help the company thrive. Plus, you'll be part of a collaborative, fun-loving finance crew that actually celebrates a clean month-end close.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep our accounting records picture-perfect, from AP and AR to the general ledger.
  • Ensure our financials are GAAP-tastic and accurate.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to keep our operations moving smoothly.
  • Lead and mentor our accounting team to success.
  • Strengthen internal controls and look for ways to make our processes smarter and faster.
  • Jump in on system improvements and process enhancements-we love efficiency!

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred but not required).
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and best practices for internal controls.
  • Comfort with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel wizardry.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and secretly excited about a perfectly reconciled account.
  • A team player who can lead, mentor, and share their spreadsheet magic.

Perks of Joining Us:

  • Be part of a mission-driven company in health and wellness.
  • Work alongside a supportive, positive, and fun finance team.
  • Flex your accounting skills in a growing organization where your impact matters.
