Job Description
DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated individuals for Post Construction Cleaning positions. As a family-owned staffing company, we aim to connect quality candidates with reputable clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that newly built or renovated spaces are clean and ready for occupancy. Your efforts will help provide a pristine environment for future occupants to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including removing dust, debris, and residue
- Clean windows, walls, floors, and fixtures to ensure they are spotless
- Empty trash containers and dispose of construction waste appropriately
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain safety and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with site managers and supervisors to report any concerns
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to completing tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have reliable transportation
