Minimum Requirements: This position requires applicants to have current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance . Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation. Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
