Support process improvements and contribute to the development of PMO best practices, particularly in secure cloud adoption and compliance management. Minimum Requirements: This position requires applicants to have current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance . Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation. Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration. Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
