Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, job-level profitability). Support the CEO with investor decks, fundraising models, and financial storytelling, pitch support, and scenario planning. Partner with operations to monitor job costing, profitability, and margin analysis; ensure each show is financially sound. Track KPIs and performance metrics: identify trends, recommend process improvements, and set financial targets. Manage NetSuite to ensure accurate entries, consistent reporting, and scalability. Streamline financial processes and systems to support growth and scale. Coordinate tax filings (federal, state, local) and oversee relationships with external accounting firms, auditors, and banking partners.
