We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
We offer licensed therapists:
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual cash bonus up to $8,000
- Full-time W-2 positions
- Strong work-life balance
- Flexible schedule, set your own hours
- On-site & hybrid positions, offering both In-person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office)

- Annual income potential: $02,000 to $102,000+, compensation model based on productivity.
Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking:
- Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT
- Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations
