In this role, you will work closely with inventors to draft, file, and prosecute high-quality patent applications related to Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11 technologies across U.S. and international jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of a world-class patent portfolio in wireless communications. Depending on qualifications and experience, candidates will be considered for either the Patent Attorney/Agent or the Senior Patent Attorney/Agent role. The preference is for this role to be based on-site at our office in Reston, Virginia. However, we will consider remote arrangements for exceptional candidates whose skills and experiences closely align with our needs. Key Responsibilities: As a (Senior) Patent Attorney or Agent, you will: Collaborate closely with our technical experts and inventors Draft and review Wi-Fi standard-related patent applications Prosecute patent applications globally, with a focus on the USPTO and the EPO Assist in preparing claim charts for standard-essential patents As part of your application, please submit two writing samples. What you will do:
