Job Description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required)

Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hr up to $35 per hr.

  • And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with some college (preferred)
  • You must hold a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal transportation.
  • The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
  • Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
  • Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old
  • Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
