  • Have at least three or more year of experience with heavy equipment.
  • Have worked in a shop for more than 5 years as a as a diesel mechanic.
  • Must have 5+ years experience with Dealer Level Training in Paccar, Cummins and or Detroit
  • Proficient in using computer systems & applications to accomplish daily tasks
  • 5+ years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Ability to perform PM inspections and repairs on heavy duty trucks, transmissions, Hydraulics, brakes, Electrical and Diesel Emissions.
What you'll LOVE doing...
  • Analyzing and diagnosing (troubleshooting) equipment malfunctions or failures
  • Performing preventative maintenance, inspection, and correction of major and minor repairs on various equipment (with occasional welding & fabrication).
  • Executing essential repairs on gas and diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and electronic systems, brakes, hydraulic systems, suspensions, steering, fuel systems.
  • Completing Federal DOT inspections on commercial vehicles
