Synthesize findings to support vulnerability identification, course of action development, protection studies, trend analyses, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.   • Continuously monitor cloud activity, usage, performance, cost, and security using cloud monitoring tools and technology.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance issues, escalating as needed to resolve more complex issues.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or relevant work experience
  • 1 year of experience as a System Administrator, or prior experience as a Help Desk technician
  • Understanding of networking protocols, LAN networking, and WAN networking
  • Ability to evaluate networks and systems to make sure that they perform reliably and to anticipate new requirements as organizations’ needs change
  • Able to explain technical concepts and processes to non-IT workers
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems that arise with computer networks and systems
  • Programming skills and the ability to work with a variety of computer hardware and software tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+, Network+, and/or similar certifications are highly preferred
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance 
Work environment
  • This is a 100% remote position working under US East Coast standard hours
Physical demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's and client facilities.
