This role involves managing, designing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.

What you will do:

• Manage and support electrical and mechanical design staff, ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Design building systems for concrete structures, including generators and backup power systems.
• Collaborate with sales, production, purchasing, and quality teams to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals, third-party inspections, and state compliance.
• Support training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related design tools.
• Strong knowledge of state, local, and IBC codes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
