The Production/Sign Fabrication Technician supports the Senior Production Specialist by handling day-to-day production tasks, learning shop processes, and assisting with installations. This role is designed for someone eager to grow — starting with core production tasks and developing into more advanced skills over time.Typical Tasks
  • Operate trimmer, and weeding/masking for vinyl and print graphics. 
  •  Prep substrates, mount prints, and stage jobs for production. 
  •  Assist with installations (training provided) under supervision of lead installer.  
  • Maintain organization of tools, materials, and production space.  
  • Follow shop procedures and use workflow software (CoreBridge) to track tasks.  
  • Support production team by stepping in where needed to keep jobs moving.
What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  Reliability — show up on time, follow through, and communicate clearly.  Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on experience (signs, printing, trades, or related fields a plus).  Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities (installs, equipment use, etc.).Performance Expectations
