The Director, Learning Strategy & Design will play a critical role in driving the talent development strategy within our fast-paced, dynamic organization. Focus on the learning needs of all employees across various stages of the career lifecycle – from early in career to senior executive leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development. Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning strategies to organizational objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels. The Director, Learning Strategy & Design will play a critical role in driving the talent development strategy within our fast-paced, dynamic organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and drive the firmwide learning strategy to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and challenges, and create customized, dynamic and innovative learning solutions to meet these needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program strategists and designers to create programs and solutions that support the broader talent strategy.
  • Focus on the learning needs of all employees across various stages of the career lifecycle – from early in career to senior executive leadership.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, from needs assessment through design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Weave employee experience and engagement principles into the design and delivery of programs.
  • Partner with other leaders and teams to drive a comprehensive communication strategy across all learning solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that learning programs are innovative, relevant, and competitive.
  • Build strong partnerships with external vendors, consultants, and training providers as necessary to enhance internal learning offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning strategies to organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

$180,000 - $195,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
