What you will be doing:

  • Assist the development of single phase and 2 phase thermal solutions, including prototype.

  • Collect internal HW engineering requirements, work with board designers, propose and implement solutions.

  • Validate electro-mechanical and thermal devices in the lab on silicon chips, integrate with SW

  • Design mechanical and thermal accessories for existing and future infrastructure

  • Research and understand the trends in the thermal engineering world to influence thermal testing including cost, efficiency and ease of use
