Job Summary: The Design Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of restaurant design and image for the Firehouse Subs Brand in US & Canada. The Design Manager will be responsible for ensuring Firehouse brand standards are being upheld in every new and current Firehouse store in the US & Canada. The Design Manager will work both directly and indirectly with multiple other functions inside and outside of the development team, including: construction; real estate; operations; technology; marketing; and finance. This new position will report to the Store Manager.

Your Impact

  • Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the store.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience. Design experience a plus
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems and previous cash handling required.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
