We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Production Specialist who is passionate about both design and

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid creative + production role. You'll design engaging graphics, prepare files for production,

and also work with state-of-the-art equipment including large-format printers, flatbeds, and cutting

systems (Colex, CNC, or similar). You'll collaborate with a supportive team to ensure projects are

delivered with creativity, quality, and precision.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Create eye-catching designs for signage, graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare and set up files for accurate production.
  • Operate and maintain large-format printers, flatbeds, and cutters.
  • Perform finishing tasks such as mounting, laminating, trimming, and assembly.
  • Ensure quality control from design to final product.
  • Work closely with project managers and installers to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
