As the Graphic Designer, you’ll create original type treatments, iconography, and graphic motifs that define the seasonal identity of the brand. You’ll explore typographic systems, build badge and lockup concepts, and execute graphics that fuse fashion edge with athletic functionality. Collaborating closely with design and brand teams, you’ll help set the tone for collections through graphics that feel both elevated and culturally resonant. Requirements Graphic Development Create original typography, badges, iconography, and graphic motifs that align with seasonal direction and brand DNA. Develop typographic exploration, from expressive lockups to refined, minimal marks applied across apparel and accessories. Build badge/icon systems that translate across multiple categories and formats. Collaborate with the team to shape seasonal graphic narratives. Execution & Technical Craft Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in scale, separations, and formatting. Provide precise color comments, proportion notes, and placement guidance. Ensure graphics translate across performance fabrics and silhouettes with consistency and clarity. Surface / Print (Nice to Have) Ability to design repeat patterns or engineered prints as a complement to graphic work. Understanding of how print techniques (sublimation, screen, heat transfer, digital) interact with performance fabrics. Support surface design development when needed, applying the same elevated graphic sensibility. What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in performance, fashion, or lifestyle apparel. Strong portfolio showcasing typographic exploration, badge/icon development, and refined graphic sensibility. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of proportion, layout, composition, and color theory. Experience creating artwork that balances expressive creativity with technical precision. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Nice to Have Experience in surface or pattern design (engineered or repeat prints). Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (CLO, Browzwear). Interest in experimental or digital typography. Passion for running culture, art, and fashion as inspiration points.
