The person is responsible for leading the design process for all design or specific design disciplines on design-build, engineer-procure-construct, construction manager at-risk, and other alternative delivery projects to ensure that design maximizes value for our clients and adheres to contracted scope, budget, and schedule. Support the operations/construction team during construction and close-out by managing the design team through design changes and issue resolution.
