The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that drive performance and align with brand strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of design best practices, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. In addition to creative execution, this individual will contribute to email and landing page development, applying UX principles and performance data to inform creative decisions. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that drive performance and align with brand strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of design best practices, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. This candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about producing visually compelling, user-centered designs. In addition to creative execution, this individual will contribute to email and landing page development, applying UX principles and performance data to inform creative decisions.
Core Role Responsibilities
- Design static and animated assets across a wide range of formats, including:
- Paid and organic social media content
- Landing pages, microsites, and email templates
- Print collateral (flyers, brochures, direct mail)
- Video graphics, thumbnails, and light motion assets
- Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints while exploring innovative ways to push creative boundaries
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, digital marketers, strategists, and web developers to execute campaign assets that align with business goals
- Apply UX best practices to design intuitive and conversion-optimized landing pages and email experiences
- Assist with email and web development using modular design frameworks and basic HTML/CSS skills
- Present creative concepts, rationale, and design direction to stakeholders and adapt work based on feedback
- Stay up to date with current trends in design, UX, and digital marketing to ensure creative stays fresh, relevant, and competitive
- Contribute to the creation of scalable templates and design systems that improve efficiency and maintain visual consistency
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in both print and digital design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma)
- Demonstrated experience designing for social media, landing pages, email, print, and video
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, particularly for email and landing page optimization
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and color theory
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional teams and giving/receiving feedback
Preferred Requirements
- Basic video editing or motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment or creative agency setting
- Familiarity with tools such as Wrike, Brandgility, Brandfolder, or Dynamics365
- Understanding of performance-driven design and metrics such as CTR, CVR, and engagement benchmarks
- Experience building modular design systems or templates for scaling creative production
