Job Description
Sterling Lexicon is a leading provider of global mobility services. We manage all facets of our clients' mobility programs, while focusing on providing flexible solutions for corporate and U.S. government organizations worldwide.
General position summary:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team, dedicated exclusively to the Sterling Lexicon brand. In this role, you will work closely with the Sterling Lexicon marketing and proposal teams to create high-quality digital and print assets, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all materials. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate exclusively with the Sterling Lexicon marketing team to determine needs, define requirements, and execute creative solutions that align with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Design and produce digital and printed marketing assets and collateral for the Sterling Lexicon brand, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
- Ensure all projects adhere to Sterling Lexicon’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all media platforms.
- Optimize photography for use across various marketing channels, including print, digital, web, and social media.
- Utilize Foleon (or similar digital content creation platforms) to develop interactive and engaging digital content. If unfamiliar, demonstrate a willingness to learn and master the platform.
- Maintain and organize the internal Data Asset Management system, applying a logical filing structure to all media assets.
- Provide guidance and educate team members on creative processes when needed.
- Prepare print and digital files for accurate production across various channels.
- Coordinate production of printed materials with pre-approved third-party vendors, including procuring estimates and managing invoices for print production.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative outputs.
Job Skills Required:
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a brand-focused role.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for design and the ability to work independently on a dedicated brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of typography and knowledge of print and digital design processes.
- Experience optimizing photography for digital and print design, including image retouching, color correction, and photo manipulation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Foleon or similar digital content creation platforms is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn new tools.
- High enthusiasm, creativity, initiative, and a can-do attitude.
- Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while implementing effective creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not required.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years in related marketing, graphic design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel:

- Ability to write routine reports.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Operations:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications for graphic design (Foleon or similar), Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator as well as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), timekeeping and other applications used in the performance of job duties.
