WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Preferred not required
  • Excellent graphic design and page layout skills
  • A professional design portfolio, preferably including business-related graphics products
  • Proficient with the following applications: [choose applications needed for your center]

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Assists customers with using related applications on center computers
  • Trains other center personnel to use applications
  • Customer Service and Center Operations
  • Assists customers with center services as needed
  • Assists with sales transactions
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in-person
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures
