Client & Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project development. Build and maintain client relationships by identifying growth opportunities during the proposal and RFP/RFQ process. Collaborate with management on client satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of proven experience in project management for aviation and airfield design projects. Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars and federal aviation regulations is a plus. Proficiency in AutoDesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific, technical, and financial documents. Your mission Heart Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Battery Design Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, testing, and optimization of advanced battery systems specifically designed for the demanding requirements of electric aerospace applications. You will leverage your deep understanding of design methodologies and approaches to drive innovation and ensure the highest levels of performance, safety and reliability.
