The Senior Interior Design Coordinator works with an Interior design Manager as well as the Architecture team regarding the overall completion of a project, carrying out the design intent using sound knowledge of Interior Design practices. Beck is one of the most advanced users of 3D modeling tools in the design process, so the candidate should be comfortable using Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop and more. The job involves the following essential functions: Collaborates on all phases of the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, document preparation and construction administration Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other designers to develop interior design concepts for commercial projects Collaborates in the development of interiors concepts based on client vision, desire, project scope and architectural concept Generates renderings and visual presentations that convey the design concepts to the client and generates finish plans, specifications and material selections needed for construction Provides design support and implementation documentation during completion and execution of design concepts Participates in and may assist in leading design presentations internally and externally Effectively collaborates on implementation documentation and conveys design requirements and solutions to the broader design and construction team Participates in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), color palettes and lighting to incorporate responsible and sustainable design practices Coordinates and participates in client presentations Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Responsible for communication with vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary Coordinates with project team on review and approval of final interior and exterior programming, design development documents, construction documents, furnishings selections and purchases, RFIs and submittals Communicates with other disciplines, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators and contractors to incorporate all information into project requirements Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Mentor junior interior designers Partakes in the business development process by identifying new opportunities, marketing current clients for repeat business and assisting with proposals Who we think will be a great fit A reliable Senior Interior Design Coordinator with an understanding of complex aspects of Interior Design, having a passion to get things done, and possesses uncompromising authenticity and integrity. You also meet the following requirements: A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant work experience in Healthcare interior design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Target Value Design and ability to collaborate with Preconstruction Team. Knowledge of sustainable design principles. Knowledge of Evidence Based Design principles. Professional certification or registration (such as NCIDQ or LEED) is a plus. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Bright Machines. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge robotic automation systems that are transforming modern manufacturing. In this role, you'll partner with talented colleagues across engineering and project management, gaining exposure to a wide range of disciplines while contributing directly to groundbreaking solutions for our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with project teams to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Integrate BM various hardware and software components into cohesive and functional systems.
  • Create PFMEA, process flow and value stream maps (where required) and work with the design team to resolve all failure mode points within the design
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Ensure through each phase gate that all design metrics are being challenged and met
  • Clearly define solution requirements, own 'the product' of the overall automation solution (and sub systems), and drive it to success through the entire project lifecycle in partnership with program management and engineering
  • Electrical requirements, design, drawings and block diagrams.
  • Travel up to 10%, primarily domestically

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a combination of specialized electrical engineering training
  • At least 3+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally with automation and lean engineering involvement
  • Hands-on engineer with strong technical skills, execution capabilities, systems perspective, and a collaborative, process-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in designing machine electrical systems using SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD, or equivalent software
  • Skilled in designing AC/DC and control cabinets, selecting components, and integrating systems from concept to completion
  • Familiar with industrial automation equipment, including motion drivers, sensors, barcode readers, PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robots
  • Able to collaborate with third-party vendors to specify and design subsystems meeting project requirements
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and releasing BOMs for production
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers, system architects, design engineers, technical program managers, and senior management
  • Knowledge of UL508A & CE
