Other duties include coordinating with the marketing team to create webpage templates, graphics for commercial products, and support advertising efforts. Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented, highly organized graphic and web designer focused on in-house editing, organizing and creating graphic files for our products. Most of the files are already created (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) and a portion of the work would be updating these files for product packaging, flyers and sometimes digital display. You will be organizing these changes with the product creators, engineers, marketing and sales team. Other duties include coordinating with the marketing team to create webpage templates, graphics for commercial products, and support advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate updates, edits and changes of product packaging, product flyers and datasheets.
  • Follow the approval process of these changes from start to finish working with whoever is involved in that specific update
  • Creating graphic files for print and digital
  • Organize and administrate graphic designs
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Work Independently - Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Qualifications:

  • Proficient use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Experience in preparing and creating files for print production (trim, bleeds, crops, color calibration)
  • Strong ability to communicate and organize with team members
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Highly task completion oriented
  • Wordpress experience a plus
  • Experience with creating website landing pages a plus
  • Marketing experience a plus

Helpful Extra Skills:

  • Using Autodesk Vault or other file management tool for design review and approval
