Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing emergent issues regarding electronic hardware development and integration. Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering/STEM and 10+ years related experience, preferably in the aerospace or telecom industry. Previous leadership or team management experience in an electronic hardware development environment. Experience with electronic hardware development, test, and build. Experience with Visio or Lucid charts for creation of block diagrams and schematics. Experience with RTCA DO-160 or DO-380 for creation of environmental qualification test plans, procedures, and reports. Experience with RTCA DO-254 for design assurance of complex electronic hardware. Proven experience in requirements management, system integration, and system architecture design for Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) components and systems. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Software, Systems, System Safety, Human Factors, and Quality Engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team, with experience in direct reporting structures. Skilled in fostering professional growth within a team, including mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Familiarity with RTCA DO-160, DO-380, and DO-254. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for project tracking, risk management, and milestone reporting.
