The Graphic Designer at Major Food Group is a key team member that will support day to day operations of existing restaurants and the development of new restaurants. The Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Restaurant Development and work with the development team as well as supporting the executive team and company at large as needed. The Graphic Designer is expected to complete menu updates within 2 business days. ● Operations Collateral - Submit menus and other collateral pieces, such as business cards, to the appropriate printers/ manufacturers in a timely manner and track progress. ● Brand Management - Assist in the organization and dissemination of branding information and collateral, including logos, fonts, and colors. ● Company Documents - Work with the executive team and partners on the design of company decks and presentations. ● Restaurant Development Collateral - Assist the development team in the creation and/ or modification of creative assets and collateral pieces. This includes but is not limited to Coasters, Matchbooks, Napkins, etc. ● Other Marketing Collateral - Assist in the design and production of marketing materials like banners and specialty packaging. ● Photo Management - Assist in labeling and managing all photos and respond to photo requests. ● Email & Communications - Work with Development, Digital Marketing, and Guest Relations teams on the design, copy, and dissemination of marketing emails. ● Website Support - Assist in design and creative updates of websites. HTML coding experience required to support website content updates. Job Description

The Graphic Designer at Major Food Group is a key team member that will support day
to day operations of existing restaurants and the development of new restaurants. The Graphic
Designer will report to the Director of Restaurant Development and work with the development
team as well as supporting the executive team and company at large as needed. The Graphic
Designer is responsible for all creative assets that require design or customization. The Graphic
Designer is expected to work with contracted creative consultants and within established brand
guidelines as well as originate new styles and designs. The Graphic Designer will primarily work
with the Major Food Group team and will support Carbone Fine Foods and Our Lady of Rocco
as needed.


● Menu Design and Updates - Creation and Updates for all menus across Major Food
Group, including accessible versions of every menu for websites. This requires working
directly with outlet General Managers and Executive Chefs. The Graphic Designer is
expected to complete menu updates within 2 business days.
● Operations Collateral - Submit menus and other collateral pieces, such as business
cards, to the appropriate printers/ manufacturers in a timely manner and track progress.
● Brand Management - Assist in the organization and dissemination of branding
information and collateral, including logos, fonts, and colors.
● Company Documents - Work with the executive team and partners on the design of
company decks and presentations.
● Restaurant Development Collateral - Assist the development team in the creation and/
or modification of creative assets and collateral pieces. This includes but is not limited to
Coasters, Matchbooks, Napkins, etc.
● Other Marketing Collateral - Assist in the design and production of marketing materials
like banners and specialty packaging.
● Photo Management - Assist in labeling and managing all photos and respond to photo
requests.
● Email & Communications - Work with Development, Digital Marketing, and Guest
Relations teams on the design, copy, and dissemination of marketing emails.
● Website Support - Assist in design and creative updates of websites. HTML coding
experience required to support website content updates.

Skills & Competencies:

● Adobe Suite - Mastery of InDesign and Illustrator, Proficiency in Photoshop.
● Coding - Proficient in HTML to assist in website updates and email programming.
● Printing Production - Knowledge of best practices for general print production.
