Job Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for the continuous creation and development of R.S. Hughes brand enhancement within digital and print marketing. Hughes brand and its guidelines/standards. Oversee the full design process to ensure projects remain on schedule through completion to meet project deadlines. Act as team subject matter expert; assist with training efforts and leading other graphic designers. Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions to address technical and creative challenges; provide solutions to resolve potential roadblocks. Develop and maintain process documentation for departmental procedures and processes. Create attractive and effective designs, graphics, logos, layouts, and illustrations for all media that best represent R.S. Hughes to elevate corporate branding and public relations efforts. Develop visually pleasing designs and concepts that integrate and complement R.S. Hughes marketing strategy to connect with our customers. Maintain quality control by testing how designs appear within different platforms and devices. Maintain all publications, multimedia sites, and other internet content in accordance with company brand and visual format standards. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams on an ongoing basis; work with business stakeholders to create draft mockups and implement corrections based on feedback. Research and stay abreast of graphic-design marketing and public relations trends and share information with director and team. Other job duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (Required). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and production (Required). In the production room, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs from computer cut vinyl and wide format full-color printouts, which includes proofreading and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs. Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the continuous creation and development of R.S. Hughes brand enhancement within digital and print marketing. This role is instrumental in managing the full scope of design projects to ensure high-quality results are achieved while meeting project deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-oriented environment in the development of various designs and concepts. The Graphic Designer is expected to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of graphic design to assist with leading the R.S. Hughes Marketing Campaign. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the R.S. Hughes brand and its guidelines/standards.
  • Oversee the full design process to ensure projects remain on schedule through completion to meet project deadlines.
  • Act as team subject matter expert; assist with training efforts and leading other graphic designers.
  • Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions to address technical and creative challenges; provide solutions to resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for departmental procedures and processes.
  • Create attractive and effective designs, graphics, logos, layouts, and illustrations for all media that best represent R.S. Hughes to elevate corporate branding and public relations efforts.
  • Develop visually pleasing designs and concepts that integrate and complement R.S. Hughes marketing strategy to connect with our customers.
  • Maintain quality control by testing how designs appear within different platforms and devices.
  • Maintain all publications, multimedia sites, and other internet content in accordance with company brand and visual format standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams on an ongoing basis; work with business stakeholders to create draft mockups and implement corrections based on feedback.
  • Research and stay abreast of graphic-design marketing and public relations trends and share information with director and team.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (Required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and production (Required).
