WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide before and after-sales support to consumers via phone and email. Before Sales Support - Product, Pricing, Design, and 'Where to Buy' information. Ask open-ended questions about customer's projects to determine their needs. Provide aesthetic and efficient creative design suggestions based on information provided by the Customer. Provide exceptional customer service through active listening. Recommend the proper parts and quantities needed for installation. Utilize resources to walk through customers with their design solutions. Provide accurate and complete drawings for job requests made by Architects, Designers, Builders, and Contractors for bid submittals. Assist Builders in creating upgrade solutions by creating builder books based on their requirements. Log and update customer information gathered during consultations and follow up with the essential information. Escalate problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot through proper channels. Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Be trained in both consumer and pro building division product design. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with current and potential clients. Perform follow-up communication activities via phone, email, and chat. REQUIREMENTS A High School Diploma or GED is a must. Trade school degree in design preferred. 1-2 years of interior design support and visualization experience preferred. Experience in customer service and/or inside sales. Knowledgeable in basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Stay calm under stressful situations. Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to perform basic math functions and calculate dimensions, and amounts. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and perform critical reasoning. Stay current on design trends. Sales and Design Software skills, a plus (Salesforce, LiveStorage, Read Blueprints, CAD). Experience and skill in designing ClosetMaid products are a plus. How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success: The Design Engineer II is responsible for the design, development and/or implementation of allograft clinical solutions including significant improvements for existing products and processes within the manufacturing processes. Drafts and executes verification and validation test plans in compliance with LifeNet Health (LNH) Quality Systems (QS)/Regulatory Affairs (RA) standards in allograft design and development duties. What you'll do: Product Resource: Serves as the lead engineering resource and/or the project lead on a new product using existing technologies with cross-functional teams. May lead multiple line extensions or new products (low complexity) utilizing existing core technologies requiring smaller teams. Prepares and presents updates to colleagues and management. Technical Consult: Acts as a technical expert (lead to be consulted with on proposed changes, improvements, etc.) for existing equipment, processes or products. Design Control: Drafts and coordinates the execution of development and test plans, testing protocols of new allograft tissues, new processes and the improvement of existing processes utilizing LNH's design control process. Work closely with Machine Learning (ML) team to analyze, map & co-optimize state-of-the-art neural network models to Syntiant’s current and next-generation NDP engine. Create power and performance profiling tool for NDP engine. Lead PPA (Power/Performance/Area) tradeoff analysis to improve design. Pre-/post-silicon design validation and performance testing. Requirements Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required: Minimum Masters degree in electrical engineering, PhD preferred . A proven track record of 5+ years in developing low-power signal processing IPs from architecture to implementation. Hands-on experience developing IPs using SystemC HLS (High-Level Synthesis). Good knowledge and experience in architecture/design of NPUs. Good knowledge in ML network architecture (Dense, CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc). RTL implementation of Digital Signal Processing algorithms, using Verilog or System Verilog. Implementation of test benches and digital verification methods. Experience in PPA (Power/Performance/Area) optimizations. Programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, or Perl). Task centered, self-driven, persistent, and team oriented. Experience with ML frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.) is a plus. The starting base pay for this role is targeted to be between $165,000 - $185,000, in addition, this role is eligible for our annual incentive plan bonus at 10% of base. As the Design Specialist, you will demonstrate a high level of customer service while working with our customers to collaborate and design home organization projects in a timely and professional manner. You will have an eye for spatial, utility, and color scheme design visualization, with excellent product knowledge. Experience and skill in designing ClosetMaid products is a plus. Must be a great communicator who can interact with clients, design closet systems, present ideas, and close the sale. We are focused on exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide before and after-sales support to consumers via phone and email.
  • Before Sales Support - Product, Pricing, Design, and 'Where to Buy' information.
  • Ask open-ended questions about customer's projects to determine their needs.
  • Provide aesthetic and efficient creative design suggestions based on information provided by the Customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening.
  • Recommend the proper parts and quantities needed for installation.
  • Utilize resources to walk through customers with their design solutions.
  • Provide accurate and complete drawings for job requests made by Architects, Designers, Builders, and Contractors for bid submittals.
  • Assist Builders in creating upgrade solutions by creating builder books based on their requirements.
  • Log and update customer information gathered during consultations and follow up with the essential information.
  • Escalate problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot through proper channels.
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Be trained in both consumer and pro building division product design.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with current and potential clients.
  • Perform follow-up communication activities via phone, email, and chat.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A High School Diploma or GED is a must. Trade school degree in design preferred.
  • 1-2 years of interior design support and visualization experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Stay calm under stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to perform basic math functions and calculate dimensions, and amounts.
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and perform critical reasoning.
  • Stay current on design trends.
  • Sales and Design Software skills, a plus (Salesforce, LiveStorage, Read Blueprints, CAD).
  • Experience and skill in designing ClosetMaid products are a plus.
