Graphic Arts Print Internship (Paid)

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Arts Print Intern to join our team. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in print production, design support, and customer interaction within a fast-paced print and marketing environment. The intern will gain exposure to all aspects of the print process, from design and prepress to production and client service.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply knowledge of print production processes, products, and services.
  • Assist with creating, preparing, and reviewing job estimates and proofs.
  • Support the production team in file setup, prepress, and finishing tasks.
  • Collaborate with account managers and designers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Help ensure clients receive an excellent customer experience through professional communication and attention to detail.
  • Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting during the production process.
  • Gain exposure to industry-standard software and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
